Juha is one of the founding partners of CapMan Growth. Juha has over 25 years of industry experience and has raised nine venture and growth funds. His experience includes almost 100 successful investments in growth companies and he has managed dozens of international fund raising events, exits and IPOs. Before heading the Growth team at CapMan, Juha was responsible for successfully managing Norvestia’s PE investments since 2011. Prior to that, he was a partner at Eqvitec and has also been starting the operations of Finnish Industry Investment.
